EDI was founded in 1985 with the development of an automatic computerized procedure (first in Italy) which was capable of organizing all technical characteristics of items of supply according to NATO codification system. Since then we have processed around 280,000 items of supply for both Italian and foreign customers and for the Italian Ministry of Defense itself.

The great experience of our Manager and Founder comes from both his work in this field and also from his previous military career in the Italian Navy.
Such experience allows EDI to advise customers on procedures and choices regarding the Italian Ministry of Defense supplies.

Since 1987, we have also been producing technical manuals that comply with military specifications and studies on integrated logistics support analysis (Reliability and Maintenability calculations, etc...).
